I’m a fun loving, strong willed, open hearted Mama of two princesses and wife to my best friend. I love spending time with my two girls above anything else. I’m perfectly content to stay at home and play dress up with them vs going out into the “world.” They’ll only be young once and we’ve got memories to make, people!
I recently “finished” my first journey as a gestational surrogate. I was matched with amazing Intended Fathers from Italy through my agency, Fertility Miracles. Our first transfer (of one embryo) resulted in beautiful identical (mono/di) twin boys. My surrotwins were born on December 19th at 38 weeks, 2 days pregnant. My own family has expanded with so much love for our new “Italian” family. I stay in very close contact with my IFs and get to watch the twins grow.
This blog chronicles my journey from start to finish not only so that my IFs and I have something to look back on in 5, 10, 20 years but so others that are contemplating surrogacy can use it as a research tool. I can’t promise it will always be pretty, but it will always be honest. Thank you for reading!
